Rockcliffe Art Gallery, Scotland, UK

We are a small friendly art gallery affiliated with the Baron's Craig Hotel, located in the captivating seaside village of Rockcliffe, with panoramic views over the open sea to the hills beyond.

The art gallery is a popular venue among artists and art lovers alike, and has a varied programme of regular, changing exhibitions of work by professional artists.

Our aim is to foster the talent of artists starting their exhibiting career, and to build relationships with our longstanding artists to make their artworks more accessible and easier to buy. We act as a conduit to visual artists working in south west Scotland, and also exhibit the works of national and international artists.

Admission is free, and the art gallery is open 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm.

We are ideally situated for people to combine a visit to the art gallery with an opportunity to explore the picturesque Colvend coastline of Scotland. With scenery ranging from forest to woodland, from saltmarsh to rocky coast, we are surrounded by a network of some of the most beautiful and diverse walks in Dumfries and Galloway which may even inspire you to produce your own artworks by which you can remember your holiday.
